I have been hard at work this year, researching, testing and tasting various concoctions of fermentable delights.
I will soon be posting recipes for Mead, Elderberry, Blackberry & Elderberry and Sloe wines. Many recipes on the internet are a little vague and do not properly explain the recipes and yeast choice. My intentions are to provide in depth recipes, that will help you understand why certain yeast strains are better than others along with how all the ingredients interact with each other.
